Psyllium Husk

Psyllium husk is a type of fiber that dissolves in water and helps keep the digestive tract healthy. Psyllium, which is also known as ispaghula, helps with diarrhea, constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, and more. If you're an adult, you should eat about 30g of fiber per day. Most adults only eat about half of that amount.
